Description
Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a closely related field of study
8 or more years of relevant professional experience OR proven Senior BA experience and growth
Concise while articulate in verbal and written presentations
Strong proficiency in Office 365 tools, e.g., Outlook, Teams, etc.
Strong proficiency in business case development
Strong proficiency in one or more quality management systems
Strong proficiency in one or more test automation platforms
Knowledge of DevOps and Agile software development methodologies
Familiar with all aspects of SDLC
Preferred development experience for the following tools:
o JD Edwards ERP
o SQL
o Salesforce CRM
o ServiceNow
Must have
8+ years' experience (similar industry a plus)
bility to communicate and ask good questions
bility to collaborate
Experience in QA and user acceptance testing
UiPath and other software experience (specific UiPath a plus) a tool we use, but something in automated testing or RPA experience (similar programs) are Automation Anywhere, BluePrism
If you have Agile, DevOps or Scrum Master this is a big plus
JDE ERP experience or overall ERP PROJECT experience
SQL
