Senior Project Manager – Electrical Construction

Location: Ft. Lauderdale, FL

Employment Type: Full-Time

Pay Range: $140k-$175k per year (based on experience)

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead large electrical construction projects from start to finish. You’ll oversee budgets, schedules, prefab planning, and team coordination to keep everything on track and deliver great results.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage project budgets, schedules, and financial performance
• Lead preconstruction, VDC, and prefab planning efforts
• Handle estimating, change orders, and vendor coordination
• Track manpower, production, and project goals
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and teams
• Ensure all work meets quality, safety, and company standards

What We’re Looking For:

• 10+ years of project management experience in electrical construction
• Proven track record managing projects over $10 million
• Experience with prefab and VDC integration
• Proficient in MS Office, Smartsheet, Procore, and Accubid
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Spectrum accounting software and bilingual ability are a plus
