As a Patrol Officer in a healthcare location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help deter security-related incidents and support a welcoming environment. This is a driving post, requiring you to conduct routine patrols by vehicle while remaining visible and approachable. You will interact with staff, patients, and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and communication in alignment with Allied Universal's values of teamwork, integrity, and putting people first.

What You'll Do:

+ Provide customer service to our clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as needed.

+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the healthcare location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and to observe and report any unusual conditions or incidents.

+ Maintain a visible presence throughout the assigned location to help to deter unwanted behavior and provide assistance to staff, visitors, and/or patients as needed.

+ Document and report observations, incidents, and/or any unusual occurrences according to site and Allied Universal protocols.

Minimum Requirements:

+ A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

+ Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

+ Customer service experience is preferred.

+ This is primarily a driving post.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

+ A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
