What You'll Do:
+ Provide customer service to clients by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies, as well as responding to emergency situations when appropriate.
+ Monitor access points and control entry to help to deter unauthorized individuals from entering restricted areas within the food and beverage production location.
+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
+ Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and its perimeter to observe for unusual activity and/or security-related concerns.
+ Document and report all security-related incidents, observations, and activities according to company and client protocols.
+ Assist with visitor and contractor management by verifying credentials and logging entry and exit as required.
+ Collaborate with site personnel and Allied Universal management to communicate any security-related issues or concerns.
Minimum Requirements:
+ A valid driver's license is required in the state where the job is located.
+ Must be at least 21 years of age.
+ Customer service experience is preferred.
+ Loss prevention experience is preferred.
+ A guard card or license is preferred.
+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
+ A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
