RPM Staffing is seeking dedicated and detail-oriented custodians to join our team in Frisco, Texas!

The ideal candidates will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining district facilities to ensure a safe, clean, and efficient environment. This role involves performing routine cleaning tasks, operating cleaning equipment, and handling supplies in accordance with safety protocols.

Responsibilities:

• Clean and maintain district facilities, including floors, wastebaskets, windows, furniture, equipment, restrooms, and other assigned areas.
• Follow an assigned cleaning schedule to ensure consistent upkeep of all facilities.
• Operate cleaning equipment safely and efficiently.
• Handle cleaning supplies according to established safety procedures.
• Maintain a high standard of safety, cleanliness, and operational efficiency in building and grounds maintenance.
• Report any maintenance or safety issues to the supervisor promptly.

Qualifications:

• Working knowledge of janitorial services and cleaning techniques.
• Familiarity with operating cleaning equipment (e.g., floor buffers, vacuums) and handling cleaning chemicals safely.
• Ability to follow instructions and adhere to a cleaning schedule.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a clean and safe environment.
• Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• Previous janitorial or custodial experience is a plus but not required.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
• Must pass a background check.
