Overview Join to apply for the SAP Test Management role at Wipro . The SAP UAT Test lead will interact with client teams to guide them in SAP testing processes, set testing processes, and ensure the team adheres to process standards. Responsibilities Interact with client teams to guide SAP testing processes and ensure adherence to standards Set testing processes and govern, monitor, and report project status Coordinate end-to-end validation with various backend systems and vendors Host status meetings and ad hoc working sessions Work independently under pressure in a dynamic environment Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build and deliver a project Collaborate with business partners, developers, and support teams to troubleshoot and resolve defects and issues Required Skills/Qualifications Mandatory skills: SAP Testing experience and strong overall SAP knowledge Experience in all phases of project management and delivery, including UAT and implementation Knowledge of core client submissions / processing capabilities and architecture (preferred) Experience working with Client Technologies and Business partners Strong communication, negotiation, collaboration, and influencing skills Strong results orientation with ability to assess and manage risks, issues, budgets, timelines, and scope Ability to identify opportunities to reduce costs and/or timelines without compromising quality Working knowledge of Quality Center and experience leading UAT activities Experience in creation of training materials and delivery of training (preferred) Experience: 8-15 Years Mandatory Skills: SAP Test Management. Compensation and Benefits The expected compensation for this role ranges from $80,000 to $158,000. Final compensation will depend on various factors, including geographical location, skills, and relevant experience. The position is eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (including sick leave), and other paid/unpaid leave options.
