Overview A hybrid role focused on building and managing internal Salesforce products that support Sales, Product, and GTM initiatives, targeting Partners, Distributors, and Customers. Responsibilities Build internal products supporting Sales and Product organization targeting Partners, Distributors and Customers Partner with Sales, GTM, Product and Engineering organizations to define requirements and develop IT solutions Define business process, solution and write user stories to translate into products Drive complex projects from ideation to launch Maintain the IT product roadmap, proactively plan new offerings and build partnerships with company leaders Develop test plans and conduct necessary tests to confirm design requirements Manage all aspects of in‑life products, including end‑user feedback, requirements and issues Analyze and evaluate product performance and make recommendations Qualifications & Experience 8‑10 years of experience as a Product Manager or Business Systems Analyst in the CPQ/Quote‑to‑Cash domain at a high‑tech company Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering or equivalent experience Demonstrated experience with AI/ML concepts and how they can be applied to business solutions (e.g., recommendation engines, predictive modeling, natural language processing) Proven track record of leading successful product launches Experience building solutions on the Salesforce platform Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams Excellent leadership and communication skills Highly collaborative mindset – a cross‑functional role Do‑what‑it‑takes attitude Experience 8‑10 Years Compensation & Benefits The expected compensation ranges from $80,000 to $158,000. Final compensation will depend on location, minimum wage obligations, skills and experience. The role is eligible for Wipro's standard benefits, including medical and dental options, disability insurance, paid time off (sick leave), and other paid/unpaid leave. Applicants may be subject to a post‑offer drug screening, subject to applicable state law.
