Job Description

Ally Outdoors is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Retail Merchandising Associate to join our team. In this role, youll help maintain the look and flow of our retail floor, ensuring products are well-stocked, properly displayed, and easy for customers to shop. Youll also assist with lifestyle and accessory sales, helping customers find what they need and ensuring their experience reflects the Ally Outdoors standard of excellence.This position is designed as both a merchandising and sales support roleperfect for someone who enjoys blending behind-the-scenes execution with customer-facing service.Key ResponsibilitiesExecute daily merchandising tasks: stocking, facing, tagging, signage, and resets.Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing retail floor.Track stock levels and coordinate replenishment with the inventory team.Support promotional rollouts and seasonal merchandising transitions.Engage customers in lifestyle, apparel, and accessory product categories.Operate the POS system for non-regulated transactions and returns.Provide product recommendations and direct customers to specialists when needed.Stay aware of product trends to improve sales confidence and customer engagement.QualificationsStrong attention to detail and organizational skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Previous retail or merchandising experience is preferred but not required.Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.Physical ability to stand for extended periods and assist with stocking tasks.What We OfferA supportive, fast-paced, and engaging work environment.Employee discounts on products and services at Ally Outdoors.Opportunities for professional growth and advancement.Competitive pay, with benefits for full-time employees including:Health insuranceDental Insurance401(k) retirement planWe are open to the possibility of a part-time person for this role, depending on schedule and availability.
