Job Overview

The Encompass Group is partnering with a family-owned and operated company in North Wales, PA. Our client has grown from six employees to an 80-person, multi-million-dollar restoration firm with offices across the Northeast. They specialize in:

  • Roofing – replacements, installations, maintenance, and storm-damage restoration on asphalt, cedar, slate, and flat systems
  • Exterior repairs & upgrades – windows, gutters, doors, and siding
  • Solar & daylighting solutions – solar shingles, skylights, and more

Rooted in community service and a calendar packed with fall festivals, summer BBQs, and epic holiday parties, they've kept the family feel while scaling up.

What You’ll Do:

Reporting to a Senior Project Manager, you’ll keep residential projects running smoothly from contract to close-out.

  • Coordinate daily operations : schedules, subcontractors, material drops, and inspections
  • Own communication : serve as the point of contact for homeowners, HOAs, crews, and suppliers
  • Track scope, budget & quality : verify work against contracts, change orders, and specs; flag variances early
  • Document everything : site photos, progress notes, safety checklists, and weekly cost reports
  • Support storm-response teams : help mobilize crews and resources when weather hits
  • Champion safety : enforce OSHA policies on every site
  • Drive continuous improvement : suggest process tweaks and help refine our growing solar division

What You’ll Bring:

  • 2–4 yrs experience in residential construction, roofing, or exterior trades
  • Roofing, solar, or storm-restoration background
  • Working knowledge of project scheduling, take-offs, and budget trackingOSHA-30 or other safety certification
  • Ability to read drawings and scopes of work
  • Experience with CRM/PM tools
  • Strong written & verbal communication
  • Bachelor’s in Construction Mgmt., Engineering, or related field
  • Valid driver’s license & willingness to travel regionally
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
