Project Manager – Commercial Retail Construction (Remote with Travel)

Overview: A well-established commercial general contractor with a strong national presence is seeking a Project Manager with experience in tenant improvement (TI) projects for mid- to high-end retail clients . The role is remote, but candidates must be willing to travel approximately 10 days per month to project sites across the country.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage 3 to 5 retail TI projects simultaneously across multiple states.

• Oversee all phases of construction from preconstruction through closeout.

• Coordinate with field teams, clients, architects, and subcontractors to ensure timely and quality delivery.

• Utilize MS Project and AutoDesk Construction Cloud to manage schedules, documentation, and communication.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience managing commercial retail tenant improvement projects .

• Strong organizational and communication skills.

• Proficiency in MS Project and Autodesk Construction Cloud.

• Willingness to travel frequently and work remotely.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary: $120K–$130K annually

• Bonus: Annual performance-based bonuses

• Benefits: Full medical insurance, 5% 401(k) match, and other standard benefits

• Travel & Remote Support: All travel covered, plus a weekly stipend for phone/internet
