We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the recruitment process, ensuring that we attract, evaluate, and hire top talent to meet our organizational needs. This position requires strong interpersonal skills, a solid understanding of human resources practices, and proficiency in various HR software tools.

Key responsibilities include full lifecycle recruiting at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
• Utilize platforms like Indeed, Zip Recruiter, and ADP for managing recruitment processes.
• Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit for the organization.
• Manage candidate pipelines through effective lead generation and social media management.
• Coordinate employee evaluations and provide feedback to enhance performance.
• Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and candidate information in systems such as ADP and Smartsheet’s.
• Develop and implement strategies for attracting diverse talent pools.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in staffing and human resources.

Requirements

• Proven experience in staffing or recruiting roles within human resources.
• Proficiency in HR software is preferred.
• Strong interviewing skills with the ability to assess candidates effectively.
• Experience in social media management for recruitment purposes is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
• Knowledge of federal and state laws regarding employment practices

This position may, as needed, require that the Recruiter travel in a company vehicle from one location to another for recruitment activities or from one company facility to another depending on the assignment needs.

This position is Full Time onsite at our office located in Williston Vermont
