Position Overview:

As a Recruiter at Bells Staffing Agency, you will play a crucial role in our expansion efforts by identifying, attracting, and placing top talent with our clients. You will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding. Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and recruit candidates using a variety of methods including job boards, social media, networking events, and direct outreach.
  • Conduct interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for client needs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their staffing requirements and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Meet and exceed recruitment targets and contribute to the overall success of the team.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to effectively advise clients and candidates.
