Job Description
Our company is currently seeking a Quickbooks Bookkeeper to join our team! You will be responsible for preparing and examining financial records for our company.
Duties:
- Perform bookkeeping tasks such as budgeting, accounts payable, and accounts receivable utilizing Quickbooks Enterprise.
- Process payroll for employees
- Conduct account analysis to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies
- Perform bank reconciliations to ensure all transactions are accounted for
- Prepare financial reports for management
- Assist with tax preparation and filing
- Conduct regular account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a bookkeeper or in a similar role
- Proficiency in accounting software (Quickbooks Enterprise) and MS Office, particularly Excel
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of financial information
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
