Job Summary:

Methodist Physician Practices is seeking a pulmonologist with interest in advanced lung disease and lung transplantation to join the developing Methodist Lung Center, San Antonio, TX.

Qualified Candidates:

• Board certified or board eligible in pulmonary and critical care medicine
• Experience in all aspects of medical management of advanced lung disease and lung transplant patients, including donor management, management of end-stage lung diseases, ECMO management, and post-transplant longitudinal care
• Clinical focus in Interstitial Lung Disease, Pulmonary Hypertension, interventional pulmonary medicine and clinical research encouraged
• A strong focus on patient-centered care and quality improvement is desired
• Night and weekend call required
• Eligible for an unrestricted medical licensure in Texas required
