We’re looking for a Property Manager to oversee multiple properties for a leading Real Estate Law Firm.

You’ll work closely with senior management to ensure properties run smoothly and maintain high occupancy and satisfaction rates.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple commercial and residential properties, daily property operations, including maintenance, rent collection, tenant relations, and vendor management.
• Maintain high occupancy levels through marketing and leasing support.
• Prepare annual budgets, monitor expenses, and report on financial and operational performance.
• Coordinate repairs, inspections, and contracts for services such as landscaping, security, and waste removal.
• Handle tenant inquiries, lease renewals, and compliance with property regulations.

Requirements

• 2+ years of property management experience (residential or commercial)
• Knowledge of Yardi is highly preferred
• Strong multitasking, communication, and organizational skills
• Proficiency with property management or industry-relevant software
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced setting
• Excellent problem-solving and customer service mindset
