A Brief Overview This position is responsible for identifying, organizing, prioritizing, and assessing work for value stream delivery teams. The Program Product Owner's responsibilities include gathering and prioritizing stream-aligned feature requests, assigning, scheduling, and coordinating releases. The role involves working with multiple cross-functional teams to manage product releases, facilitating communication between stakeholders and delivery teams, and helping define what should be built on behalf of the business teams. Responsibilities Identify Value Stream Goals: Collaborate with stakeholders to define goals, create execution plans, and ensure alignment with business objectives throughout the product lifecycle. Features and Release Planning: Work with cross-functional teams to create solutions, translate requirements into features, and manage release plans and backlogs. Product Team Guidance: Provide leadership and support to delivery teams, develop project plans, and ensure transparency of work progress. Agile Ceremonies: Lead Agile activities including Scrum ceremonies, and help mitigate impediments. Communication and Collaboration: Maintain regular communication with stakeholders, manage program plans, and facilitate transparency and understanding of work status.
