Job Description

Job Summary:

Our client is seeking Process Analyst to join their team! This position is located in Richmond, Virginia.

Duties:

  • Process debit card requests, including ordering new cards, initiating stop payments, and resolving transaction exceptions with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Work efficiently in a fast-paced, queue-based environment with a target case resolution time of approximately four minutes per case
  • Support the team in meeting key performance indicators and maintaining service level agreements
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure consistency, accuracy, and continuous improvement in back-office processing workflows
  • Participate in initial classroom-style training and receive ongoing mentorship from experienced team members to ensure success in the role

Desired Skills/Experience:

  • 2+ years of relevant experience in an operations, administrative, or back-office support role
  • Highly proficient with computers and digital tools, particularly Google Workspace applications
  • Comfortable navigating spreadsheets in Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel, including data entry and basic functions
  • Able to thrive in a repetitive, high-volume work environment while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to collaborate effectively via Slack and other internal communication channels

The approximate pay range for this position is between $14.00 and $20.00 . Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums.
