The expected base pay range for this position is:Bay Area: $229,000 - $309,500This position will be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards and benefits, in accordance with our applicable plans and programs (see more about our compensation and benefits at Intuit: Careers | Benefits ).Pay offered is based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location. Responsibilities Staying deeply engaged with our customers' needs, shedding light on complex and hidden challenges. Bringing the comprehensive customer solution to life by seamlessly integrating human experiences with an exceptional product. Collaborating effectively with visual, service and content designers to create a comprehensive experience. Using quantitative and qualitative data to extract insights that guide design choices and understand user behavior. Influencing others through strategic storytelling, building strong partnerships, and fostering relationships by collaborating with various teams. Working closely with product managers and engineers to innovate, execute, and deliver designs. 8+ years of experience in interaction design, product design, service design, or a related field Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction Design, or another relevant field; Master’s preferred Deep knowledge of design principles and methods Curiosity and commitment to testing new ideas and innovating to drive business results Effective communicator, presenter, and negotiator Organized, self-directed, efficient and able to manage multiple and complex projects in a timely manner Expertise in conveying ideas and concepts through storyboarding, journey mapping, wireframing, and prototyping Mastery of design tools such as Figma, and skilled in creating 'lo-fi' prototypes to share with users in a fast, iterative manner A dazzling online portfolio Bonus: Service Design experience #J-18808-Ljbffr Intuit
