What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Ensure successful implementation of Workday's HCM solutions for clients
Understand client business requirements and configure the Workday solution accordingly
Assist clients in converting legacy data into Workday
Collaborate with integration teams to configure and test integrations with third-party solutions
Mentor and share product knowledge with other consultants

What is Required (Qualifications)

Prior experience implementing Workday is a must
Minimum of 7+ years implementing HCM solutions, with a focus on HCM Core, benefits, or recruiting
Previous consulting experience with a consulting/software company is required
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to travel up to 30% of the time

Workday HCM Certification
Proven ability to learn new technology quickly and develop comprehensive product knowledge
Strong industry knowledge, including current trends and regulatory environments
Demonstrated relationship management skills with clients and internal teams
Experience in strategic business consulting, including market analysis and financial acumen
