**Pharmacy Assistant** - Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences (Onsite in Fort Worth, TX) Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is currently seeking a **Pharmacy Assistant** to join our team onsite in **Fort Worth, TX** . This state-of-the-art facility is dedicated to dispensing specialty medications safely, efficiently, and on time. We're looking for dependable individuals who enjoy hands-on work, thrive in a fast-paced warehouse setting, and are ready to contribute to a vital healthcare mission. **Note:** This is not a Pharmacy Technician role. We're seeking candidates with warehouse, dock, or shipping experience-especially those familiar with FedEx/UPS Ship Manager systems and comfortable with manual labor. **Pay Rate** : $16-$18.50/hour (based on experience) **Schedule** : 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (Rotating Saturdays) **Location:** Fort Worth, TX **Key Responsibilities** - Package and ship medications and supplies according to company procedures and state regulations - Prepare shipments ensuring drug integrity and safety - Review and reconcile shipping manifests and invoices - Restock supplies and maintain clean, organized work areas - Collaborate with pharmacy team to resolve order issues or special handling needs - Lift, move, and handle boxes/packages up to 25 lbs - Secure pharmacy and dock areas at the end of the day **What We're Looking For** **Required:** - High School Diploma or GED - Basic computer skills (MS Word & Excel) - Strong teamwork and communication skills - Ability to stand and move for most of the workday - Dependable, detail-oriented, and safety-conscious **Preferred:** - 1+ year in warehouse, fulfillment, or mail service environment - Familiarity with FedEx/UPS Ship Manager systems - Dock work or truck receiving experience - Strong organizational and time management skills **_Ready to Join the Team?_** **_If you're looking for a rewarding role in a stable, climate-controlled environment where every package makes a difference in patient care, apply today with Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences!_** Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and 401K plan.
