The Opportunity As part of the Digital Architecture and Delivery team you are expected to provide client-facing support utilizing Microsoft Azure, Office 365, and Windows 10 technologies. As a Manager you are expected to supervise, develop, and coach teams, manage client service accounts, and drive client engagement workstreams by independently solving and analyzing complex problems to develop exceptional deliverables. You are expected to leverage your troubleshooting skills and knowledge of network management to support daily operations and resolve technology incidents.

What You Must Have - Bachelor's Degree - 7 years of experience
