We are seeking a highly organised and detail?oriented People & Office Administrator with practical experience using AI tools and a strong interest in emerging generative AI technologies. You enjoy working within well?defined processes, using checklists and systems to ensure accuracy and consistency. Joining our busy London?based team, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the People function.
> In this varied and fast?paced role, you will provide comprehensive administrative support across the People Team, including general HR administration, recruitment coordination, candidate support, and maintaining compliance with our policies and procedures. You will act as a first point of contact for employees and managers, offering initial guidance and directing queries appropriately.A core element of the role will involve using AI?enhanced tools to streamline People processes, improve documentation, and support data accuracy as well as contributing ideas for how generative AI can be used to improve workflow efficiency and employee experience.
The position also has responsibility for the London Office Experience, helping to ensure a welcoming, well?run working environment for all colleagues and visitors.
