Sodexo is seeking a Patient Services Manager 2 at Bridgeport Hospital’s Milford Campus , a 120-bed community hospital in Milford, CT . This role oversees daily patient meal service operations, leading a team of 15 non-union employees. The site utilizes bedside ordering and recently launched a 24-hour cashless micro-market with grab-and-go and made-to-order options.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience in healthcare food service, patient rounding, and direct interaction with patients. This hands-on role requires flexibility and a customer-focused mindset, as it involves supporting both patient dining and a small amount of retail operations. Typical Schedule: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, with weekend/holiday rotation as needed (must be flexible).

What You'll Do:
Manage daily patient meal operations and frontline staff;
Conduct patient rounding to drive satisfaction;
Ensure regulatory compliance and food safety;
Assist with retail operations as needed;
Collaborate with nursing and clinical staff

Qualifications & Requirements: Minimum Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum Management Experience - 2 years
