The firm is seeking a motivated patent attorney to support U.S. patent prosecution in Mesa, AZ. You’ll work directly with inventors, founders, and in-house teams – enjoying both in-office collaboration and the flexibility to work remotely part of the week. This is primarily an in-person role in Mesa, Arizona. We offer clear, performance-based advancement opportunities for attorneys who want to grow. What You’ll Do: Draft, file, and prosecute U.S. patent applications under the direction of a partner. Conduct examiner interviews and develop thoughtful IP strategies Collaborate directly with inventors and clients Work with a collaborative team using modern, streamlined systems What We’re Looking For: Registered to practice before the USPTO, or exam-passed and pending registration Minimum bachelor’s (BS) engineering, CS, EE, ME, physics, or similar, and preferably masters (MS) Strong communication skills and comfort working directly with clients Self-motivated, organized, and eager to contribute to a modern, growing practice Compensation scales directly with production Why Join Us?
