We’re looking for a Part-Time Graphic Designer to join our growing marketing team. What You’ll Do Design digital and print assets for dealership marketing campaigns, social media, websites, and internal communications. Create on-brand visuals for Castle’s corporate and rooftop-level initiatives. Collaborate with marketing, social media, and content teams to bring campaigns to life. Prepare production-ready files for print and digital vendors. Maintain brand consistency across all creative deliverables. What We’re Looking For 1-3 years of design experience (agency, in-house, or freelance). Strong understanding of layout, typography, and visual storytelling. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva. Video or motion design experience is a plus (Premiere Pro, After Effects). Excellent communication and time management skills. Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Hours & Compensation Part-time: 15-25 hours per week (flexible schedule). Competitive hourly rate based on experience. Remote-friendly, with occasional in-person meetings or shoots.
