The Farm Credit Council is seeking a motivated and dynamic summer intern to join our Washington D.C.-based communications team. This intern will gain hands-on experience in public affairs, digital media and reputation management within the finance and agriculture industry.
Successful applicants will have a proactive attitude, collaborative mindset and experience using social media platforms, video editing and digital content creation using tools like Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
This is a paid internship at $20/hour, with an expectation of working approximately 40 hours per week from May to August. The Farm Credit Council operates on a hybrid schedule of remote work on Mondays and Fridays and in the office Tuesday through Thursday.
Any student of a Historically Black College or University (HBCU) or active member of Minorities in Agriculture, Natural Resources and Related Sciences (MANRRS) selected to intern would receive an additional $3,500 stipend as part of Farm Credit’s Launching Leaders program.
