The Packaging Engineer I is responsible for designing and developing packaging products and solutions that meet customer's needs and specifications with little supervision. Will coordinate with customer to achieve their needs and expectations along with sales strategy and manufacturing operations consistent with cost, profit, and productivity objectives.
Works under general direction of the Packaging Design Manager; who exercises discretion and judgment on work priority and training on a regular basis; a wide degree of creativity is expected.
