Location: Everett, Kirkland, Lynnwood, WA (Must live within 30 minutes of assigned territory)
Employment Type: Full-Time | Hybrid (Field-Based) with flexible scheduling
Base Salary: $40,000/year + Uncapped Commission
Top Performers Earn: $120K–$155K/year
Average employee earnings: $60k-$70k

Key Responsibilities
• Conduct door-to-door outreach to 60–80 homes per day
• Build relationships and promote high-speed internet services
• Manage your own schedule and assigned territory
• Complete administrative tasks and data entry related to sales

• Monday through Friday, with occasional weekend flexibility
• Morning: Office prep and follow-up
• Afternoon to evening: Field sales activity
• Midday personal time allowed if performance remains consistent

What We’re Looking For
• 6 months to 3 years of experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, or military
• Outgoing, confident, and self-motivated individuals
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and insurance (mileage reimbursed)
• Comfortable with cold outreach and performance-based roles
