We are looking for a passionate, highly organized, and experienced Organizational Development Consultant to provide a range of expert consultation services and custom solutions in the areas of strategic workforce planning and talent management, talent development, change management, culture building and employee engagement. This position will be responsible for the design, support, and management of ACE’s enterprise talent management processes including Succession Planning, Talent Assessment, Performance Management, and will assist with organizational problem solving through change management initiatives, organizational design and employee engagement. This position may also be assigned to lead emerging leaders programs and other cohort style talent development initiatives. Primary Responsibilities include supporting talent development in partnership with ET&D and Business leaders, project-managing OD initiatives, program managing emerging leaders programs, measuring effectiveness of Talent Development programs, providing consultation for high potential programs, building technology solutions with ET&D and HR colleagues, producing program materials, tracking and managing reporting data, managing program evaluation, enabling successful change as a change agent, supporting design and evolution of the organization’s operating model, designing and implementing OD solutions, developing methods for measuring program effectiveness, using research and analytics to drive strategic conversations, applying project management skills, and other duties as assigned. Frequent travel for up to two weeks at a time is required. Qualifications include a B.A. in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Training or Communication or equivalent experience, 4-6 years related experience, excellent communication skills, ability to manage multiple projects, ability to work independently and collaboratively, strong judgment and decision making, leadership and collaboration skills, experience with volunteers, public speaking skills, commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion, proficiency in Microsoft Office, expertise in talent development methods, experience working with C-suite executives, ability to act as a trusted advisor, advanced facilitation skills, excellent project management skills, knowledge of core organizational development activities, and advanced analytical and communication skills.
