WHAT WE NEED:
Prov Inc. is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Order Fulfillment Specialist to support our daily operations. This part-time role focuses primarily on shipping and receiving activities, with additional responsibilities supporting printing and order preparation.
Key Responsibilities
Shipping & Receiving (Approximately 70%)
Pick, pack, and ship outgoing orders accurately and on time
Receive and verify incoming shipments
Prepare shipping labels and documentation
Maintain organized inventory and storage areas
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely fulfillment
Printing & Production Support (Approximately 30%)
Print, assemble, and prepare materials according to specifications
Perform quality checks to ensure accuracy and completeness
Assist with batching and staging materials for shipment
