Oral Surgeon in Indianapolis, IN

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Base Salary: $400,000 W2 (negotiable based on experience)
  • Bonus Structure: 35% of collections after a one-time $1.5M production threshold (hybrid W2/1099 model)
  • Earning Potential: $1M+ in the first year
  • Sign-On Bonus: $25,000
  • Relocation Assistance: Up to $25,000
  • Annual Dues/CE Reimbursement: $5,000
  • Buy-In Opportunity: Stock options up to $500,000 and profit-sharing model
  • Malpractice Insurance: Employer-paid

  • Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday: 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Oral Surgeon to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for oral surgery and a commitment to delivering excellent patient care. This opportunity allows you to practice full-scope oral and maxillofacial surgery in a modern facility with a collaborative and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform a full scope of oral and maxillofacial procedures, including extractions, dental implants, bone grafting, and corrective jaw surgery
  • Collaborate with referring providers to develop comprehensive treatment plans
  • Provide patient consultations with clarity and compassion
  • Maintain compliant, accurate documentation and patient records
  • Participate in internal marketing initiatives and CE events to support referral relationships
  • Stay current on clinical techniques through ongoing professional development

Qualifications:

  • DDS/DMD from an accredited dental school
  • Completion of an accredited oral and maxillofacial surgery residency
  • Board certification or eligibility preferred
  • Licensed or eligible for licensure in Indiana
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to patient-centered care
  • Team-oriented, collaborative approach to practice
