We promote within our own company and provide on‑the‑job training and leadership classes. Responsibilities Uses designated Stauffers Online equipment and software to shop for customer orders. Communicates with customers in a friendly and professional manner. Scans orders at the Online Area Register and cashes out with Individual Instacart Cards. Scans order barcode to print bag labels. Ensures Stauffers Online equipment and other equipment are properly secured at end of day. Ensures customers receive accurate and fresh products. Performs tasks of the Area Specialist. Maintains the Online staging area. Maintains the online room organization: ensures shopping carts have proper supplies (pens/paper, tablet device, cooler cleaning). Works with cashier manager to ensure proper staffing. Assigns orders to the Personal Shoppers. Finishes customer orders: bags items, scans & labels bags, completes order on Instacart site (add bag quantities), fills out dry erase board, organizes orders in staging area (dry goods, cooler & freezer bags). Answers any cell phone calls and/or texts. Takes customer orders to car. Uses Instacart device to scan bags to ensure all bags are together. Finalizes the order in the Instacart App. Reports to Pricing & Data system team about issues, changes or complaints. May perform cashier duties. Meets deadlines and works in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment. Qualifications & Skills Basic skills in Google Suite (Gmail, Calendar, Drive). Basic computer and smartphone skills. Organized and detail oriented. Mathematical skills: ability to perform basic calculations, adding & subtracting using multiple-digit numbers & units of weight &/or American currency.
