Job Description Job Description We are a small landscaping and lawn mowing business seeking an entry level, part pime Office Assistant 25 - 35 hrs per week - to join our team! You will work from home 90% of the time but must live within 20 miles of Nashville TN 37204. Responsibilities: Billing - Produce invoices and statements via email and call customers Collections - Charge Credit Cards, Process Checks , post payments Customer service - answering a virutal phone and emails from customers Data Entry - oboarding new customers, setting up services in the system Estimates - draft simple estimates for lawn mowing services Perform other office tasks Qualifications: 2 year previous experience in office administration or other related fields Experience with data entry Excellent typing, written and verbal communication skills Strong attention to detail and math ​Self Disciplined and able to stay on task 1099 or W2 employment available. We will provide a company laptop and a company phone that you must pick up from our offfice. Applicant must have a private workspace and hi speed internet at their home location. Working on this job while working simultaneous hours at another job is not allowed.
