Call Center Loan Originators are the rainmakers in the mortgage lending industry. Continuously cultivating relationships and helping homeowners. CCLOs must be licensed through the NMLS as required by the state of origination. In addition, CCLOs must be able to:
MLOs will handle incoming calls from several different advertising campaigns, make outbound calls based on the same or similar campaigns and/or generate leads through their current portfolio or referral base. As a trusted CCLO with Valley West Mortgage you must be able to follow up with clients to gather the necessary documentation throughout the process up to and through closing and effectively manage a number of loans at any given point in time.

Current average close times are 21 days from application to funding (as of 9/30/2025). Loan Officers looking for company leads to help build their portfolio and assist during their slower times, we offer them too.
