About the Role

CR Minerals is seeking a dependable and hardworking individual ready to begin a long-term career as a full-time Millwright . This is a hands-on role that requires mechanical aptitude, a willingness to learn, and a commitment to safety in a MSHA-regulated facility.

• Competitive hourly wage: $25.00 – $32.00/hour (based on qualifications)

• Perform welding and fabrication using mild steel materials
  
• Conduct maintenance on material handling equipment including:
  
  • Belt Conveyors
    
  • Bucket Elevators
    
  • Screw Conveyors
    
  • Screeners
    
  • Crushers and Mills
    
• Carry out basic mechanical maintenance on mobile equipment (e.g., oil changes)
  
• Follow all safety protocols and contribute to a safe work environment

• Must demonstrate knowledge and ability to perform listed tasks
  
• Must pass a drug screen and fit-for-duty physical prior to employment
  
• Must comply with CR Minerals’ zero-tolerance drug policy , including random drug testing
  
• Must complete all required safety training (provided before start)
  

• Forklift, man lift, and loader operation
  
• Basic computer skills
