Ihsan School of Excellence is a private school that serves students in preschool to 12th grade. We are a small school, with one class per grade level. Great work environment! We have a diverse group of staff that collaborate well together, including new, experienced, and retired teachers. This is a great school to gain experience. Class sizes average around 8 students per class.
* Our School has an opening for a part-time Secondary Teaching Position with a background in math for middle and/or high school. We currently have a need for a 7th grade math teacher and a Geometry teacher (2 math sections).
* Candidate should have NYS Certification, Bachelor's degree required (Master's degree preferred).
* The teacher would be responsible for planning and teaching core subjects.
* The school is a great place to work, with small class sizes (student to teacher ratio is about 10:1) and a wonderful staff that works to support one another. Looking to hire immediately.
* Retired teachers welcome! New teacher-graduates are also welcome.
