Maintenance Supervisor

What You Will Do:

• Perform diversified duties to maintain production and facility equipment
• Support site's business goals and improve facilities
• Manage KPIs: MTTR, MTBF, OEE, post-PM performance; support TPM initiatives
• Uphold Clarios standards; ensure safe maintenance activities
• Monitor repair progress; update job progress and initiate corrective actions as needed
• Lead maintenance team effectively; build department cohesion
• Drive continuous improvement efforts plant wide
• Interact with other departments for system functionality
• Adhere to safety norms including lock out tag out regulations
• Conduct performance reviews and discipline direct reports if necessary

What We Look For - Qualifications Required:

• High School degree or GED from an accredited institution
• 3+ years of maintenance experience in manufacturing
• 2+ years as a maintenance supervisor in manufacturing
• PLC troubleshooting experience

Preferred:

• Bachelor's degree
• Proficiency in CMMS solutions like Maximo 7.6, SAP Maintenance & Prisma
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong leadership, organizational skills, and team motivation ability
