Job Summary:

The Mail Clerk is responsible for sorting, processing, and delivering mail within the building, running mailroom equipment, and assisting with other administrative tasks as needed. This role requires a self-starter with basic computer skills and the ability to work professionally in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sort and deliver mail to mail stops throughout the building.
• Research and resolve issues with mystery mail.
• Operate folder inserters, postage equipment, and scanners for digital mail.
• Create and manage UPS/FedEx shipments.
• Assist with additional tasks in other areas as needed.
• Lift and transport packages; team lift for items over 40 pounds or awkwardly shaped.
• Maintain a professional demeanor and contribute positively to the work environment.

Required Skills:

• Self-starter who works independently with minimal supervision.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Ability to quickly learn processes and adapt to changing priorities.
• Professional conduct in a corporate environment.
• Physical ability to walk the building and lift packages.

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
