Mail and File Clerk LHH Recruitment is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Mail and File Clerk to join a well-established company in Mesa, AZ. This is a great opportunity for candidates looking to gain experience in a professional office environment and contribute to essential administrative operations. This role is fully onsite, Monday-Friday 8am-5pm.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages
  • Prepare outgoing mail and ensure timely dispatch
  • Accurately enter data into internal systems and databases
  • Maintain organized records and filing systems
  • Assist with general clerical tasks as needed

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in data entry or clerical work preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, email, etc.)
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Reliable transportation to and from the Mesa office
