Our client is a full-service community bank as well as a national SBA Lender dedicated to providing a wide range of high-quality banking services delivered in a personalized, friendly manner.
Primary Purpose of Position: The primary purpose of the Pre-Qualification Team is to assist our production team with qualifying applications for the loan.
Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
• Pre-qualify borrowers by obtaining necessary information in order to pull the pre-approval credit scores for both the borrower and owner/guarantors.
• Perform accurate data entry
• Review documents such as tax returns with a keen eye
• Pull various reports
• Work with the Loan Coordinators and assist with various tasks as needed (document collection, follow up, reporting…)
• Miscellaneous duties as assigned

Qualifications and Requirements:
• High School diploma or GED equivalent required
• Data entry experience a plus
• Must be comfortable communicating on the phone and working in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Highly motivated self-starting professional
• Strong work ethic with positive attitude and high energy
• Professionalism
• A passion for learning and growing
• Excellent attention to detail
• Computer proficiency
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task effectively
