We’re on a mission to design merchandise that resonates with fans and players alike, and we’re growing our team to make that happen. We’re looking for a passionate Junior Graphic Designer to join us in Indianapolis, IN, and help shape the visual storytelling of the game through apparel and product design.
Position Overview
As a Junior Graphic Designer, you will focus on designing graphics for WNBA-inspired apparel, accessories, and lifestyle merchandise. You will collaborate with our design, marketing, and product teams to develop trend-forward collections that reflect the energy, diversity, and passion of women’s basketball culture.
In this entry-level role, you will work closely with the Creative Director to build a strong foundation in all aspects of apparel design, from concept development to production. This hands-on experience will include learning about trend research, graphic creation, material selection, print techniques, and the merchandising process. You’ll gain valuable insight into how WNBA-inspired collections are brought to life, sharpening your skills in design software, collaboration, and brand storytelling.
