Responsibilities:
• Prepare and record journal entries to ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts to identify discrepancies and ensure accuracy.
• Conduct account reconciliations to support month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Monitor job cost accounting to track project expenses and profitability.
• Analyze Work-In-Progress (WIP) data to assess project status and financial implications.
• Assist in compiling documentation and data for internal and external audits.
• Collaborate with team members to improve accounting processes and systems.
• Support financial reporting by preparing accurate and timely reports as needed.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and organizational policies.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or a related field.

• Proficiency in preparing journal entries and maintaining general ledger accounts.

• Strong understanding of account reconciliations and month-end closing processes.

• Familiarity with audit procedures and the preparation of relevant documentation.

• Knowledge of job costing and Work-In-Progress (WIP) analysis a plus

• Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify and resolve discrepancies.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
