Journeyman HVAC & Refrigeration(Alberta Certified)

West Coast Mechanical Corp. is seeking a qualified and experienced Journeyman Gas Fitter certified in Alberta to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Perform repairs and maintenance on RTU/ MUA/ HWT/ AC/ fireplaces in both commercial and residential settings.
• Some plumbing experience beneficial.
• Work independently to diagnose and resolve heating and cooling gas-related issues.
• Perform work within safety standards and regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of work completed.
• Respond to weekday calls and potential on-call assignments.

Requirements:

• Valid Alberta Journeyman HVAC certification.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently.
• Valid training and certificates for First Aid/WHMIS/LOTO
• Reliable and punctual.
• Valid drivers license.
• Passing driving record and criminal record

Benefits:

• Company work van and tools provided. Must provide own hand tools.
• Commitment: 4 day/week consisting of 10 hour shifts
• Benefits: Alberta Blue Cross program available at 6 month probation/$250.00 annual work boot allowance
• Pay Range: compensation will be within competitive industry standards/vacation pay included
