This is a full-time hybrid role for an Independent Financial Advisor located in anywhere in country though our home office is in Jersey City, United States. This is a full commission role with some work from home being acceptable. The Independent Financial Advisor will be responsible for providing comprehensive financial planning, developing retirement strategies, advising clients on investment opportunities, and offering financial advisory services tailored to individual client needs. Urgent need is in Naples, FL, Indianapolis, FL and mid-estern & western states. In Florida, we have some legacy annuity book we can assign to service locally.
We have our own fixed income desk and we custody and clear through RBC
We can provide attractive transition package for right candidates. Minor disclosure issues are OK.

PS: This NOT entry level positions. Advisors will typically have a client base with independently managed assets.

Qualifications

• Financial Planning, Finance, and Retirement Planning skills
• Expertise in Investments and Financial Advisory
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage client accounts
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Experience in a boutique investment bank environment is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field and FINRA licenses like 6, 7, 63, 66 required. 24 a plus
• Relevant certifications such as CFP, CFA, or similar credentials good to have but not required
