Russell Tobin & Associates is currently seeking Inventory Planners to work for our client in Everett, WA!

Title: Inventory Planners

Pay Rate: $30.00/hour

9-month Contract role with possibility of extension/conversion

Location: ONSITE in Everett, WA

Shift Options :

• Wed–Sat 7:00 AM–5:30 PM
• Mon–Fri 10:00 AM–6:30 PM
• Sun–Wed 3:00 PM–1:30 AM
• Wed–Sat 3:00 PM–1:30 AM

The Inventory Planner will support satellite production by managing materials and inventory. This includes receiving, storing, picking, and kitting materials using SAP/ERP systems, and moving items between sites. You’ll interact with teams like procurement, quality, and planning.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and manage materials for production and development.
• Use SAP and other ERP software to track materials.
• Identify and report system/process issues.
• Train new team members.
• Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.).
• Follow safety and quality standards.
• Work cross-functionally with internal teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in inventory planning, assembly, and/or buying.
• Proficient in Excel; SAP or other ERP experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Must be a U.S. citizen, permanent resident, refugee, or asylee (due to export control laws).
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse setting with no air conditioning.
• Comfortable in start-up, adaptable environment.
