**Job Title: Refrigeration Maintenance Technician** **Ready to keep things cool? Join our growing team in Fargo and play a key role in maintaining the systems that keep our operations running smoothly!** **What You'll Do** As a Refrigeration Maintenance Technician, you'll be the go-to expert for ensuring our refrigeration and air-conditioning systems stay in top shape. From routine maintenance to troubleshooting complex issues, you'll help keep our facility efficient and safe. **Your day-to-day will include:** + Inspecting and servicing refrigeration components like compressors, evaporators, valves, and filters. + Monitoring boilers, water treatment systems, and airflow for peak performance. + Installing and replacing pumps, switches, safety controls, and other critical parts. + Performing repairs on refrigeration pipes and fittings. + Assisting with major repairs, equipment setups, and plant projects. + Handling advanced tasks such as isolating ammonia lines, calibrating sensors, and resetting compressors. + Keeping tools and work areas clean and safe. + Participating in Hazmat training and supporting emergency response. + Training team members on proper equipment care. + Ensuring compliance with OSHA standards and company safety policies. **What We're Looking For** + High school diploma or equivalent (Associate degree in a maintenance trade preferred). + 2+ years of experience in refrigeration or industrial maintenance. + Strong troubleshooting skills and mechanical aptitude. + Knowledge of refrigeration systems, boilers, and ammonia compressors. + Ability to wear and operate respirators and SCBA; HAZMAT certifiable. + Willingness to obtain a boiler license and forklift certification. + Basic computer skills and familiarity with maintenance software. + EPA certification and HVAC experience are a big plus! **Why You'll Love Working Here** + **Competitive pay** and a **steady Monday-Friday schedule** (8-hour shifts). + Be part of an **exciting expansion project** in Fargo. + Opportunities for **growth and training** , including OSHA and Hazmat certifications. + Work with a supportive team in a dynamic environment. **Work Environment** You'll work in both office and plant settings, with varying conditions (warm, cold, wet, dry). Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
