Job Description
Key Responsibilities
· Manage HVAC projects from initial planning through completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
· Coordinate with clients, engineers, and subcontractors.
· Oversee project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation.
· Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
· Lead and mentor project teams.
· Support Project team!
· Supervising and documenting project schedules, change-orders, submittals, budgets, and submit RFI's for approval
· Oversee maintenance of contract documents for field operations.
· Attend project meetings onsite and in the office.
· Establish and maintain open, positive relationships with the team, clients, vendors, and suppliers.
· Provide in-person support at job sites as required!
· Manage client relationships.
Qualifications
· Proven experience managing HVAC projects, preferably in the mechanical contracting industry.
· Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
· Knowledge of HVAC systems, codes, and best practices.
· Ability to thrive in a demanding environment and deliver results
· 5-10+ years of total experience
