Job Description

**Job Title:** Commercial HVAC Installer **Pay Range** : $25-$40/hr **Job Description:** Technicians will install and service HVAC units in commercial buildings across the metro. Candidates must be able to independently locate and diagnose maintenance issues on HVAC systems and equipment. **Responsibilities:** - Install ductwork, mechanical equipment, diffusers, grills, and electrical components - Perform HVAC installations for new construction and remodel projects - Modify existing ductwork and install new distribution systems - Collaborate with general contractors handling demolition and reconstruction - Travel to various job sites within the metro area **Qualifications:** - 2-5years of HVAC installation experience - Experience in residential or commercial new construction/remodel installs - Own basic hand tools **Benefits :** - 401(k) matching - Health, dental, and life insurance - Health savings account - Paid time off - Paid major holidays - Company phone - Company vehicle **Work Environment:** - Commercial retail environments - Monday-Friday schedule - Some travel required **Job Type & Location** This is a Permanent position based out of Minneapolis, MN. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $40.00/hr.
