R2 Property Management and Concierge Services LLC is a fast growing property management company in Moultonborough, NH.

We are seeking a Full Time House Keeper join our team! You will be responsible for cleaning all areas within the properties we manage. This position will be working on-site at various projects throughout the immediate lakes region area. The right candidate will be able to work independently as well as with a team.

DutiesClean and dust inside and outside of homes according to company standards.

• Clean common areas such as lobbies, stairwells, common rooms, etc. according to company standards.
• Clean windows according to company standards using appropriate cleaning methods and products.
• Empty trash and dispose of trash in proper location following proper disposal procedures per state regulations

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in cleaning preferred but not required. No in-between hours unless requested by client. State regulation knowledge is helpful but not required.

Experience:

• Previous experience in general cleaning or general maintenance preferred but not required. No experience needed for this position.

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Overtime
• Weekends as required
