We’re urgently hiring skilled Welders to join our fast-paced manufacturing team. If you’re experienced in MIG welding and ready to take on challenging, hands-on work, this is your chance to grow with a company that values craftsmanship, safety, and career development.

🔧 What You’ll Do

• Set up and operate MIG welders based on job specs
• Layout, position, and fit components for welding
• Tack weld, bolt, and clamp parts securely
• Repair and reshape parts using cutting, grinding, and torch work
• Read blueprints or follow verbal instructions for fabrication
• Ensure safety and quality in every weld

✅ What You Need

• Proficiency in MIG welding, grinding, and blueprint reading
• Ability to troubleshoot and set up welding machines
• Experience in leading or training others is a plus
• D1.1 Certification preferred
• Skills in flux core and aluminum welding
• Manufacturing fitting experience

🏭 Work Environment

Work indoors and outdoors in a hands-on shop setting. Be prepared for varying temperatures and occasional exposure to dust, noise, and paint fumes. Steel toe boots required.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.

Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job
classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be
